Amy Mathews is the Director of Operations at SIG-NAL, where she helps keep the organization running smoothly behind the scenes, from finance and compliance to team support and systems. She has been with SIG-NAL since 2021 and has played a key role in strengthening internal processes and organizational infrastructure as the team continues to grow.

Amy brings experience in marketing, social services, and nonprofit development, and has always been drawn to mission-driven work and working alongside strong, supportive teams. Being from the Southeast and a Florida State University graduate, she has a soft spot for sunshine, travel, and good meals shared with friends and family. When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her outdoors with her dog or by the water.
